Tips for Juice Cleanses
We suggest juice fasting every 1 to 3 months for 1 to 3 days. Or make it as once a week habit that can improve your quality of life.
Spending a couple of days before and after your cleanse eating a plant-based diet (raw fruits and vegetables, smoothies, blended soups, salads, juices). This will prepare your body for the cleanse and will make it easier to get the results you want. We offer Pre and Post Cleanse programs to make this easy.
Before and after your cleanse take a break from sugar, caffeine, nicotine, processed foods, flour, grains and dairy. This will help your body to get rid of toxins faster and you will have less cleansing symptoms.
You shouldn’t feel like you’re starving while on a juice fast; drink juice as often as you feel hungry (every 30min or an hour).
Drink plenty of water, don’t let your body get dehydrated.
Always consult with your doctor before starting any kind of diet, fasting, or cleanse!
Meditate and relax. If possible do not plan anything important. Let your detox days be slow and restful. Setting your intention is an incredible way to focus your energy towards the goals you are trying to achieve. Cleanses benefit the body and the mind.
Remember, successful weight loss depends on 80% diet and 20% physical exercise.
